Introducing PharmEthyl: Ethanol That Meets The Most Stringent Pharmaceutical Requirements

At Carbon Group, we’re proud to supply the pharmaceutical industry with ethyl alcohol produced using environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices.

Carbon Group’s PharmEthyl® range is sourced from leading French alcohol producer, Cristalco – a major European manufacturer of sugar, alcohol and bioethanol.

Exclusively derived from fully integrated GMO-free agricultural ingredients, Cristalco has developed a portfolio of specialist alcohols that are fermented and distilled using GMO-free raw materials of French origin; Cristalco alcohols are produced using sugar beet, wholewheat and wine substrates.

PRODUCTION:

PharmEthyl® is ‘ethyl alcohol grade’ produced in batches which are analysed, released and certified according to the European Pharmacopoeia. Production is carried out in ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and ISO-50001 certified distilleries, ensuring production standards meet the most stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.

In particular, Carbon Group is pleased to partner with Cristalco due to the French company’s strong emphasis on sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

>> ISO-9001, ISO-14001 and ISO-50001 certifications for all production plants
